Refund Policy

The Trailhead Apparel, LLC products are made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the size charts provided and confirmed your order details before checkout.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us at shopthetrailhead@gmail.com with the following information:

1.) Your Order Number. 

2.) A clear photograph of the item showing the damage or the print error.

3.) A photograph of the shipping label on the original packaging. 

Once we evaluate the issue and verify the defect with our printing partners, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Trailhead Apparel, LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

As all items are custom-printed on demand, they fall under the category of "Custom Products." Consequently, we cannot accept returns on these items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event that a replacement for a verified damaged or defective item is unavailable. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the evidence of your claim and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
