Hiking has been a huge part of my life since my grandpa took me up Prospect Mountain as a kid. I would always ask my grandpa about what the view would be like on our next hike to which he would always reply “trees, trees, trees”. This fueled my curiosity and yearning to explore, and that passion still lives on today. The memories I've made inspired the idea of The Trailhead, and our mission is essential in hopes of making more. The Trailhead is more than a business to me, it's a platform to ensure I can create memories for my future kids and grandkids the way my grandpa did for me.

Growing up, my parents made sure I spent time outdoors; park walks, bike trails, smaller hikes. But it wasn't until we tackled bigger peaks with real views that I understood what hiking meant to me. The journey was always worth the reward of reaching the top. That's when I fell in love with sharing these moments. There's something powerful about bringing friends outside and showing them what the world offers when you're willing to push further. The Trailhead exists because I believe everyone deserves to experience that feeling, the reward of standing on a mountain you earned. It's about the path that gets you there, and who you share it with.
